The heat is on! It’s sweltering here, and we’re having thunderstorms. Today I thought I’d show you some of the metrics around packing eggs. This year we have 700 hens in two egg-mobiles, which only makes for 80 minutes of work a day – no wonder layers are a popular enterprise.
