11 pallets of trees just arrived (berries, nut trees, oaks, birch trees, spruce) – what luck that we just cleared the yard so there’s space for them! We’re also setting up the brooder so that it’s nice and warm when 1000 birds arrive on Monday. It’s been a couple of years since we’ve last had that many – fingers crossed that the bird flu ban lifts within the next few weeks, so that we don’t have to raise them in the tunnel.
