In order for an enterprise to be succesful, all workflows must be set up to be performed as quickly as possible.
And so to have our pastured broiler enterprise be as profitable as possible, we’ve not only built our own on-farm slaughter facility but also carefully thought out its design, and we keep trying to refine our movements to get faster.
Today is packing day, and you’ll see how I’ve found a way to make one movement I’ve been doing in previous years superfluous, hence save time on each bird.
