After the dry start to the year, we’ve enjoyed a good amount of rain in the last couple of weeks. The grass is over the cow’s backs and beautiful veg is coming out of the garden. We have a surplus of salads because restaurants are still closed and our private customer base here in the middle of nowhere is not big enough to make up for those lost sales.
