Today we put up the yurts (well, technically gers) at the farm. It’s always a special day when we put these beautiful structures up, there is something just so elegant and pleasing with their design, which has remained unchanged for over 1000 years. It’s fun to think of all the amazing meals, conversations and relationships and businesses forged in this very space. We literally created a revolution from these tents!
